A. Jeffrey Taylor, Esq.
A former US Justice Department/Antitrust Division trial lawyer and Bar Counsel for the Vermont Professional Conduct Board, A. Jeffry Taylor specializes in business/corporate law, professional regulation and utility law.  Following law school graduation, Taylor served as a law clerk for a judge assigned to the US Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, after which he was employed as corporate counsel for the Vermont Electric Power Company and Central Vermont Public Service Corporation before entering private practice in Rutland where he worked part time as Hearing Officer for the Vermont Department of Education. For several years, Taylor was an Adjunct Professor at Vermont Law School teaching a legal ethics course.

A resident of Clarendon, Vermont, Taylor is a member of the California and Vermont Bars and a 1965 graduate of UCLA and Loyola Law School. His publications include articles in Vermont Law Review and the Vermont Bar Journal. Taylor is admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court,  US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, US Tax Court, US Claims Court and state and  federal courts in California and Vermont.
